Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, registering, or using FuelMitra, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use FuelMitra.

FuelMitra provides a comprehensive petrol pump management platform that includes:

• Fuel sales tracking and nozzle-wise monitoring.
• Shift management and staff attendance recording.
• Credit customer ledger (Udhari/Khata management).
• Stock and inventory management for lubricants and products.
• Daily expense tracking and financial reporting.
• AI-powered anomaly detection and insights.
• Multi-user access with role-based permissions (Owner, Manager).
• WhatsApp/SMS notifications and automated reminders.

Features may vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at our discretion with prior notice.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law. FuelMitra is intended for use by petrol pump owners, managers, and authorised staff operating in India.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account use.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update it as needed.

One Account Per Pump: Each petrol pump location should be registered as a separate business account. Sharing subscriptions across unrelated businesses is not permitted.

4.1 Plans & Pricing

FuelMitra offers Starter, Professional, and Enterprise subscription plans with monthly and annual billing options. Pricing is displayed at fuelmitra.com/pricing and is subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Payments are processed via our secure payment gateway partners (Razorpay/PayU).
• All prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Failed payments may result in temporary service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

4.3 Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. For annual plans, we offer a pro-rated refund within 15 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied, subject to review. No refunds are issued for partial months after the 15-day window. Contact support@fuelmitra.com for refund requests.

4.4 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly communicated. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial to avoid charges.

You agree to use FuelMitra only for lawful, legitimate petrol pump business purposes. You must NOT:

• Use the Platform to commit fraud, falsify records, or evade taxes.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Platform.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the service without written authorisation.
• Share your account with competitors or use it to develop a competing product.
• Misrepresent your identity or pump ownership during registration.
• Violate any applicable Indian laws including the IT Act, 2000, and DPDP Act, 2023.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All content, features, design, code, branding, and technology within the FuelMitra Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Algorithus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable Indian and international IP laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform strictly for your personal/business petrol pump operations during your active subscription period.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

The FuelMitra name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Algorithus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Use of these marks without written permission is prohibited.

Your Data: You own all business data you enter into FuelMitra (sales records, customer information, expenses, etc.). We act as a data processor on your behalf.

Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data entered. FuelMitra is not liable for business decisions made based on incorrect or incomplete data you have entered.

Data Export: You may export your data at any time during an active subscription. Post-termination, data export is available for 90 days, after which data may be deleted.

No Sensitive Financial Advice: FuelMitra provides financial reports and insights for informational purposes only. We are not a chartered accountant service, and our reports do not constitute professional financial or legal advice.

We strive to maintain high availability of the FuelMitra Platform. However:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
• Scheduled maintenance may cause brief downtime, and we will notify users in advance where possible.
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service failures (internet outages, cloud provider issues, etc.).
• Critical bug fixes and security patches may be deployed without advance notice.

Enterprise plan subscribers may be eligible for an SLA (Service Level Agreement) with defined uptime commitments — contact our sales team for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• FuelMitra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for data loss, business losses, or lost profits arising from Platform use.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you in full.

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time via in-app settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Fail to pay subscription fees after the grace period.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity on the Platform.
• Pose a security risk to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked. Your data will be available for export for 90 days before permanent deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

For minor disputes, we encourage reaching out to our support team first — most issues can be resolved quickly without formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email and/or in-app notification before the new terms take effect.

Continued use of FuelMitra after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription.
